This is NOT an inexpensive stay and frankly as a customer you deserve better. When we booked our room we selected the prompts offered on their site regarding room type and location only to find out the info they transmit to the facility is very different from what you see on their site. Sorry, but we just had so many issues with this internet based booking outfit I think we avoid the all together in the future.

Yes, there are many folks that will observe the signs and limit it to the four person max. Further they don’t supervise the elevator loading coming out of lobby level. The lines that form in the various cues can be close and lengthy. If social distancing concerns you (which it may not) then get ready for a rough ride. Just the thing when pull in off the road hungry, tired, and thirsty!
The net effect is that the handful of restaurants are inundated with folks trying to eat dinner and have a cocktail resulting in two hour waiting times. The only other exception to this rather odd restriction is in and around the pool area. Under the Louisiana Covid restrictions, this facility cannot serve drinks unless you are dining or actively playing in the casino. Fair warning to travelers to this facility.
